Emma Wilson works as a law clerk in Hollingshead & Dudley’s Kansas City office. As a law clerk, Emma works closely with the firm’s attorneys regarding employment discrimination and civil rights cases. Her responsibilities include trial preparation, assisting attorneys during trial, researching pertinent case law and statutes, communicating with clients, drafting various legal documents, and working directly with the firm’s attorneys to provide the best possible outcome for our clients. Emma studied Political Science at the Missouri State University, where she graduated cum laude in December of 2015. A life long Missourian, Emma moved to the Kansas City area in 2016 to attend law School at University of Missouri - Kansas City. Emma is currently in her third year of law school, and she is involved in many student organizations, including Association of Women Lawyers, Board of Barristers, and is on the executive board for Phi Delta Phi legal honors society. Some of her favorite pastimes are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, painting, drawing, attending local concerts with friends, and playing table top games.
