We normally don’t post multiple media publications regarding the same case. However, as a firm, we feel a moral obligation to make parents aware of the risks that can be associated with day care providers. U.S. News and World Report’s article regarding this case is helping educate our nation’s parents about these very real risks. Although this case may tempt parents to pull their children out of day care altogether, due to financial constraints, that is not possible for most Americans. Rather, it is imperative to ask questions and thoroughly investigate any company or person that you are trusting to watch your children.
