Mr. Jett focuses his litigation practice on representing clients in the areas of employment discrimination, contractual disputes, personal injury, and DWI defense.

As an employment attorney Mr. Jett aggressively fights for those who have been illegally discriminated against in the workplace by means of hostile work environment, retaliation, or wrongful termination.

Mr. Jett also litigates contractual disputes, particularly those that involve agreements between business-relations such as non-compete agreements and other employer-employee contractual disputes.

As a personal injury lawyer Mr. Jett focuses his practice to those who have been hurt on the job in workers compensation claims, as well as people hurt in car crashes, slip-and-fall, and other premises liability claims.

Mr. Jett also has extensive experience in the criminal courtroom. While he has represented defendants in criminal matters ranging from serious felonies through traffic tickets, Mr. Jett has developed a particularly strong skillset in DWI defense.
